Gothic City Guitars is a N.Y. based company specializing in Fine Electric & Acoustic Guitars. Owner Charles Dellavalle has been active in the Guitar market since 1978 bringing 41 years experience to this musical and collectible community. He was the first Salesman ever hired by the Legendary Vintage Guitar Retail Store Mandolin Brothers in 1978. In addition Charlie authored the 1995 book "Dream Guitars Illustrated" and produced two Vintage Guitar Trading Card sets "Classic American Guitar Cards" and "Cool American Guitar Cards Vol. II" in 1993. After working for various musical Instrument Manufacturers throughout the 80's & 90's Charlie started Gothic City Guitars In 1999. This year marks Gothic City Guitars' 20th Year in Business.

Payment Policies
Payment can be made by Paypal, Check, Money Order, All checks and money orders are to be made payable to Charles Dellavalle and not Gothic City Guitars. Any checks made out to Gothic City Guitars will be returned.
Return Policies
Buyer has 24 hour approval on the instrument from the time he/she receives it (This does not include Amplifier, International Sales or instruments purchased directly from Gothic City Guitars premises). No returns on International Sales. Buyer may return an instrument for any reason immediately following the 24 hour approval period and must contact GCG immediately for Return Authorization. Instruments must be returned no later than 7 business days after the 24 hour approval period and from the time Return Authorization is issued. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and Insurance Costs. Full refund will be given after Instrument is returned and inspected. Refund will be returned in the same method that the buyer paid for the instrument. In addition to all Shipping costs, there is a 20% restocking fee for any shipments that buyer refused or is returned undeliverable by UPS/Fed Ex or any other Carrier used. PLEASE NOTE: All Amplifier sales are Final and cannot be returned. All International sales are Final with no Approval period due to the high shipping costs and duties involved. No Exceptions. All Instruments must be paid In Full. We do not offer layaways.

We ship by Fed Ex, UPS (Domestic Only) or USPS (size permitting). Your choice.
